I've got an offer from Infosys for senior associate consultant. I'm keen on giving them a counter offer. can anyone help me with the amount that they can offer for this position. my current YOE is 4 years and the offer is for 15.

@FavorableCircle I got offer from infosys with same role senior associate consultant (.net full stack) they gave me offer 13 LPA last month and i accepted it... currently I'm in notice period recently i got other offer in midsize company of 14 LPA..if I ask infosys for to match to 14? Will they do?
