Hi , I don’t know about your question but wanted to ask that the progression from Acon to senior Avon is automatic after 1 year , so it’s like I joined in dec 2023 , so the progression will happen in dec 2024 ?

Nothing is automatic here, your manager needs to nominate you for the progression, as it is a progression there won't be any hike

Hikes we cannot guarantee its mostly based on project budget and your performance, the maximum I have seen is 20-25% for outstanding rating
