Isn't 1lc-2lc a very big range? Also I'm asking for someone who joined as a fresher ASE

yes, that is how it is, depending on your experience and negotiation skills. But for senior analysts, I think that range is good. 70-1lc is acceptable if u are below 6 years exp.
