  1. How much CTC should i ask for if selected?
  2. Hows the WLB in AI divison or data science unit?
  3. Is there any separate entities for novartis like we have in Deloitte (Deloitte India, USI ans Asia LLP) that i need to aware of.

First round is at high level of projects mentioned in resume etc... second round there are saying indepth technical interview on AI Implementation

For 10.4YOE at Novartis AI, target ₹50-65L (base + bonus). Their AI teams have decent WLB (45-50hr weeks). Novartis integrates global units—no complex entities like Deloitte.
