Sell/Hold salesforce stocks?

So I have a few SF stocks priced at $197.

When those stocks were vested last year, stock price was around 350. Today its around 250. :( Kinda regret not selling it then.

Now I need some money for personal use in the coming weeks. Is it a good idea to sell these salesforce stocks now? Or I have an option to take money out of my SIPs as well.

What would you have done?
