How much do sell side analysts at top MNCs like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citibank, Morgan Stanley etc make?

Do get huge bonuses on getting stock calls right?

Also is a tier 1 MBA or a CFA required to crack in? Other things like WLB, career trajectory etc if you are aware.. thanks!
