As requested by my managers, I am sharing my filled feedback for the previous project. They asked us to provide our reflections and insights about the project experience, which I have included in the attached screenshot.

Out of curiosity, were you also asked to provide similar feedback? Do you know if this is part of a new process or initiative? I just wanted to understand the context behind this request.

Will this be used for November hike cycle? I got promoted and got hike back in December 2024 what is the hike I can expect if I have performed exceptionally good.
