- He already worked in Futures First and mentioned that he had stability and amazing benefits. He mustâve had enough money and freedom to startup.
- If heâs an EdTech founder, he probably didnât disrupt anything. He just created another product thatâs already available in the market that would be acquired by either Unacademy, UpGrad, BYJUs, or PW. Itâs surprising how people donât know what âdisruptionâ actually is.
- Hell no. Your voice doesnât really matter in the long run, as long as youâre a CXO level employee. In the end, all the decisions will depend on the founders and investors, and even other CXOs wonât have much say in it.
- Again, no. Look at the jobs posted by startups.
- I agree with this, but only as long as the startup is small. Once it grows, itâll all go down the drain.

Give him some credit.. he was able to convince investors to invest crores in an online tuition center...

Engagement horny founders, both of them. They are in the market raising money and are trying heavy to farm engagement/follows.
If you know either of them, you can easily understand someone else is writing these for them.

Thatâs actually the case with most founders. They donât really post anything by themselves. The posts are either written by an external PR agency or the marketing team.

"You'll get to learn a lot in startups" is overrated in my opinion. In my experience the only focus is on delivering features under unrealistic deadlines. Nobody gave shit about code quality, best practices etc. just deliver the feature. I feel in MNCs like Amazon etc. you get to learn a lot more than an early stage startup especially if you are like me who wants to become grade A software engineer.

True, you might get a âvoiceâ in an MNC but in startups product is just execution arm of CEO đ
