Hi I joined Infy this August 2025 it's been only two months here do I need to complete self evaluation I heard from one of my colleague for this year rating they will get hike in next year why is that if someone gets rating for this FY they have to get incentive based on the latest rating only right. I have one more question I joined Infy as a lateral hire in Aug 2025 when can I expect my first hike Jan 2026 ?
