Self comparison with people taking 30+ lpa packages

Do you guys also feel falling down when you see your relatives and friends earning big packages?

I do feel.

If you do, then what is your approach? Because I am clueless here.

Where do you want to settle after 5-10 years? Other countries or in remote village like me?
How much passive income you are planning to generate before you quit your job?

For example, I used to make 9 LPA for 3 years experience in 2016, by that time my friends were struggling to get a job with fake experience. But now few of them are making almost twice than me, I am happy for them because I am running my own race.
