Selective Empathy for Animals vs. Humans 🤷‍♂️

People seem more vocal about dogs welfare, than about human suffering caused by poor infrastructure (e.g. unsafe roads, collapsing bridges, lack of clean water, clean air) dying everyday,

Do not want the dogs to be caged but parallelly silent on factory-farmed caged chickens and happily consume chicken products without thinking about their treatment. (Not giving Veg vs Non-Veg Gyaan here)
