Trending @Infosys; Selected in TCS, yet to receive OL
I got selected in TCS, HR round done
They told they will give 20 percent hike only💔 But I tried my best to bring up to 37 percent.
CCTC : 4.4 LPA Offered CTC by TCS : 6 LPA
Hmwhats the variable pay in 6 LPA Does 6 LPA is fixed? Or it includes insurance, gratuity etc. Can someone help on this?
It depends on what did you ask? If you ask 6 fixed and they agreed on 6 fixed they will give it. Else they will add 10-15% of variable pay.
Also bro your total yoe in infosys?? And how much time have you served for the role senior systems engineer??
It was 6.5 CTC now They added few. Monthly in hand will be 46k excluding variable pay which is still low Once I get offer I will try some other bro.
Total YOE in Infosys : 4.3 Years
It’s too low as per YOE, after getting offer , try to get counter offer. Atleast try to go above 10 CTC
