Trending @Infosys; Selected in TCS
I recently received an email from TCS stating that I have been selected and need to submit documents to proceed with the offer letter. I have 3.9 years of overall experience, having worked previously at Infosys and DRDO. However, I also previously worked at an NON IT company in a BPO for 2-3 months, where I was a permanent employee with the designation of Chief Executive Officer. Since it was a BPO role, I left the job after being selected by Infosys. There was no notice period at that BPO, and they released me within a week. Unfortunately, I do not have a relieving or experience letter from that company, although they had created a PF account for me. Now, TCS is asking for a relieving experience letter from that company. Any idea what to do now?
Reach out to the HR of that BPO. They can provide you the reliving letter. However they'll be very slow with the process, since this is not of much concern to them(BPO). Also check if the BPO closed your PF account. If not, get them to close it. That is a bigger issue nowadays. Best luck
My pf account is closed and HR of BPO is not responding dont know what to do ..
if you don’t have any document, just forget about TCS they will simply stop communicating you, look for other opportunities
I had a technical round on 3rd feb and it went well, after that they told will update the result to HR,
It's been 2 days I sidnt received any update, should i need to wait for some time or its over?

Same With me. But I am providing them bank statement and epfo account statement also exist date should be there.
