Selected in SBI as Deputy Manager

I have been selected as Deputy Manager in SBI. Yoe 10. I am currently working in IBM ISL(Product Unit Of IBM) with in hand salary 2.15 lakh per month. In SBI i will be getting 1 lakh per month salary plus 40k lease accommodation in Mumbai city. Will leaving IBM ISL is worth it

Only you know your career scope and potential, in sbi you will be making almost similar money for so many years, but in private sector some people can make 4-5L per month also, and there is risk of job security also though, your call basically, you have to stop comparing money in the first place
