Selected in Infosys Interview (Kolkata) but Offer Letter Pending

I had my TR1 on 19th July followed by TR2 and HR round (f2f) on 26th July at the Kolkata location. In the HR round, I was given a verbal confirmation of selection and told that the offer letter would be released within 10 days.

However, it’s been a while and I still haven’t received the offer letter yet. I have followed up with the HR team a couple of times, but there hasn’t been much clarity so far.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation with Infosys? Or does anyone have an idea about the usual timeline for receiving the offer letter after HR confirmation? Any insights would be really helpful.
