Selected for Ultimatix project but due to billing approval allocation on hold not getting allocation how much time it takes?

It is happening commonly nowadays, first they are holding an associate so that he/she can't get any other projects, after few days they will simply say you are rejected in this project as well and then they are leaving associates without allocation.
