Seen a lot of linkedin posts saying "so and so vacnacy, follow and comment your email to get application link"... Are they legit?

Sometimes. If they are asking to fill Google forms, ignore. Good companies usually ask to apply directly from their careers page. Also check if that person actually works in that organisation, is that organisation an actual company or an hiring agency

The whole platform is a scam these days. Its just another engagement bait.
