Sometimes. If they are asking to fill Google forms, ignore. Good companies usually ask to apply directly from their careers page. Also check if that person actually works in that organisation, is that organisation an actual company or an hiring agency

I am seeing lots of jobs post on LinkedIn from various companies and when u apply to them there is no call back or any update from them. I am now like confused if those post are even true or not? Anyone face/observe this
