If you think tcs it is hell then please talk with a bpo guy. You will thank God for your work. I have seen how toxic bpo project are full of micromanagement, managers shouting at the agents, etc is pretty much common.
I agree with you, come to BPO and you will realise that you are at the core of the hell. IT is still like a heaven compared to BPO.
Tcs BPO is hell even they count washrooms break, can you imagine ? our team went through such ridiculous behaviour by management.we used to work 13 hrs of shift and specially chennai team is even worse bcoz it was chennai teams management ,they don't understand basic difference between personal and professional life

TCS BPO is more than hell, I have feel that pain managers are tooo much toxic and micromanager they will keep eyes on your washroom time
My grade is of Tcs bpo but I’m working in IT and in a IT project.Can someone please exaplain me this I’m really confused
I have seen people struggling in the tcs bpo, Micromanagement, you have put message when you are away and they have to put a message when you return back so if that hours exceeded few mins more, then they have to work till the next shift ends and you know people are following that. And 8 hours in odc, mandatory, and the management somehow manage to select very rude people to be the TL or managers, and they even scold them loudly infornt of everyone in the odc, everyone in there wants to somehow move to IT or any other company, even some resigned just because not able to tolerate the TL and managers pressure and behaviour.
You have to put the mobile and bag outside the odc if you’re in BPO
Will need to switch from BPO to IT
