Seeking Tesco referral

Hey can anyone provide a Tesco SDE2 referral? Also, need insights on the WLB, layoffs/PIP(if any), culture etc.

I am looking for opportunities and have almost 6 YOE and currently slogging my ass at Walmart as an SSE.
