Hello, I have good technical skills, but I struggle with speaking fluently and writing emails or messages properly. When someone gives me a situation and asks me to explain it immediately, I often go blank.
I am really struggling with my communication skills. Could you please suggest any genuine platforms or methods to improve my grammar and communication skills?

For writing you can always use co pilot to refine your English. There is no short cut for speaking, you have to go out of your comfort zone and keep speaking irrespective of your grammar/ascent. As long as you are able communicate your thought and are technically good these things don’t matter.
If you have time and money, go join offline IELTS classes, it may help to certain level
For texting you can try to use AI ,for speaking before calls try to write in a text format which you want to convey, it would take time but it will help you in long run improvement.
