Seeking suggestions for switch

Hello folks.. Is it worth going to a startup for pay raise. Current job has great wlb. Salary hike 36 to 50 approx. 10 years yoe. Said startup has pretty stable parent company.. not too sure about work pressure though. Having tough time deciding.
