I am an MBA from IMT Hyderabad in Marketing and Finance working at Deloitte for the last 2.5yrs in Knowledge Management as Analyst while my fixed CTC is around 7.6lcs as of now. It makes me wonder if I should go for higher education like pursuing MS or should completely focus on my skillset improvement and focus on my job switch. Can someone please guide me, very confuse about this rn. Thanks in Advance :)
