Hi everyone I'm currently in the final stages of evaluating an offer for an SDE 1 position at CoinDCX, and I'd really appreciate some insights from the community before making my final decision.

• How is the work culture at CoinDCX? Specifically, I'm curious about work-life balance, team collaboration, and learning or upskilling opportunities.

• What do the growth prospects look like for an SDE 1? How is the career progression, internal mobility, and support from leadership?

• How are performance reviews handled? I'd like to understand the typical appraisal process, including hikes, bonuses, and feedback mechanisms.

For context, I currently have 2 years of experience at a Fintech PBC and a CTC of 20 LPA. Any suggestions on how much I can realistically negotiate at this stage would be really helpful too. Would greatly appreciate any honest feedback, personal experiences, or tips.
