I’m a System Engineer released on 24th Dec 2025 and on bench. I’m trained in Performance Testing and looking for project opportunities in testing roles. Any guidance on how to get mapped faster or leads for performance testing / QA projects would be really helpful. Thanks in advance 😊.

Not sure but if you are a part of IQE they conduct some trainings every month if you attend those and do relevant certifications on lex.. you will be safe and might get mapped to those roles
