Seeking new opportunity as a full-stack dev. - Angular + .NET - 4.5 Years experience (WFO/WFH)

A friend of mine is looking for a job change and he has 4.5 years of work experience as a full-stack developer. He's extremely skilled with Angular and .NET, has handled projects stand-alone, managed a team and has good communication skills, has handled clients alone.
