Seeking New Opportunities: Looking to Switch from TCS Due to Low Salary – Need Your Support!

Recently i have completed my one year in Tcs and got preety good rating but I have heard salary will increase from 3.5 to 3.75 and monthly in-hand salary is almost 25k after increase. This is very disappointing. And even cannot taken care of family and self from this amount. Your referral can change someone world.
