Seeking mentorship

I'm an SWE with roughly 2 years of experience. At this point I believe my rate of learning has been strongly attenuated due to the lack of a mentor. Senior SWE's in the industry, what should I do? I want to increase my exposure. Having said that I am also completely unaware of the paradigm of a mentor and mentee. So if anyone can throw some light on that, it'd be really helpful. All suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
