Seeking job switch advice in early career

Hi all, I have around 1.5 years of experience as an SDE 1. I am looking for a job switch primarily because I want to relocate to Gurgaon (personal reasons, essentially I want to settle there.) Now I came across some openings and because of some recent policies here I am thinking of switching. My concern is, would switching at this early negatively affect me?
