Hi everyone 👋 I’m currently in training under the UHG account in Wipro — we’re learning Python, Data Science (L1–L3), Deep Learning, and GenAI (L1–L2).

Just wanted to know — after this training, do they take a technical interview before project allocation or directly assign projects? Also, since they conduct Codility tests after each module, what’s the level or type of questions we can expect? And overall, is UHG a good account in terms of learning and work culture?

Regarding interview, it depends on project to project. In some projects after getting location and completing kt/training your manager will take interview. And some projects your interview is taken from client side.
