Seeking help for TCS FNF

I recently left tcs and received the FNF document. There they asking me to pay around 18k for my parents Health insurance premium. But I dont want to continue the policy and balance in medibuddy also showing as mot available. I raised ticket from alumini portal and waiting for their reply. So is there any way out to this, kindly help
