Seeking Help for guidance

Hi all,

I am a Software Developer 1 at Flipkart and looking for a switch. I am having 1 year and 10 months and my current CTC is 35 LPA ( 21.5 LPA fixed).

Due to some family constraints, I need to switch near Noida/ gurgaon locations and remote jobs. Can anyone help me with all the companies out there at Noida gurgaon and remote also that pay Good and WLB is also good. ( Like I can work 8-9 hours a day but not during weekends )

I am applying for sde 2 roles but tbh I am not getting any calls from any recruiter. I have been applying for over a month. I am also starting to apply for sde 1 now but that makes me demotivated as I already do have almost 2 yoe.

Yes, I could have wait in FK for atleast promotion, but I don't think in my team, promotions are easy . Managers are leaving constantly and I don't see any hope of getting promoted.
