I have ~6 years of experience across BPM, Technical Support, and IT Operations, working with global clients like Infosys, Startek, HCL, Wells Fargo, and BASF.
My journey includes: • Direct tax (TDS CPC) client support & documentation – Infosys • L1 Technical Support (ticket logging, triage, SLA handling) – Acer project • IT Operations & Deployment at client location (Wells Fargo): • ServiceNow (RITM, SCTASK) • Active Directory deployments • Application & asset deployment • Jira, Confluence, SAP, ITSM/ITIL exposure • Regular interaction with product owners and technical leadership
Currently working on a monitoring-focused project, but my goal is to transition into Cloud-related roles aligned with current market demand (AWS / Azure / Cloud Ops / IAM / DevOps foundation).
I have basic cloud knowledge and now want a clear, practical roadmap: • Which cloud role best fits my background? • What skills, certifications, and hands-on projects should I focus on? • How can I leverage my ITSM, ServiceNow, AD, and deployment experience for cloud roles?
