Trending @Accenture; Seeking Guidance on Transitioning to an HR Role at Accenture

I have been working at Accenture for four years as a Functional Tester, but I aspire to transition into an HR role. I have completed an MBA and an HR certification; however, I am struggling to find projects that will allow me to make this switch. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
