Hi everyone,

I was trained in SAP ABAP and got placed in a support project, but due to some challenges with the work and coordination with my manager, things didn’t go as expected. I requested a roll-off, and now I’ve been informed that I might be removed from the organization since I’m an ASE.

I’m feeling a bit lost and confused about what to do next. Can anyone please suggest me the right steps — whether to look for opportunities outside or if there’s any internal option to continue my journey in SAP ABAP?

I truly want to grow in this field and learn more, so any advice, suggestions, or referrals would mean a lot. 🙏
