Trending @Capgemini; Seeking Guidance on Job and Project Switch Decision
Hi All,
I joined Capgemini in May 2024. I was initially on the bench for four months and then got selected for a project at the end of September. Everything had been going well so far.
However, my manager recently informed me that I will be released from the project in the first week of July. This decision is not performance-related but is due to a business decision—they are restructuring the team, and around 180 people will be released this quarter.
Now I’m in a dilemma and would appreciate your guidance. Should I wait for another internal project opportunity, or should I start applying outside as well?

I suggest u to see outside opportunities as well because after all 1 yr u will not get much hike here better to get outside with some % hike
Joined here aug 2024 after 3 months got project but this is very toxic and support one so after spent around 9 months as billable asked self release from project , manager also agreed , not sure what to do planing to look internal projects and not sure how RMG react with this kindly guide
It really wanted to know which project is this for myself. I am also joined Capgemini last year. On bence for four bench. Then Got project in September. Still working.
