Seeking guidance: Notice period during probation
Hi everyone, I recently joined Mobileware as a Developer and I’m currently on probation (just completed a week). Unfortunately, the role isn’t aligning with what was discussed during the interview, and the mandatory 5-day work-from-office commute has been quite challenging for me. I’m actively attending interviews now. My offer letter mentions a 90-day notice period even during probation, so I wanted to understand: • Do I really need to serve the full notice period if I resign during probation? • How should I answer recruiters when they ask about my current notice period? • Is it okay to resign so early, or should I wait? Would really appreciate guidance from anyone who has faced a similar situation. Thanks in advance!

Lol, I faced the exact same issue, and guess what I had to serve the entire 90 day notice period,
I took KT after 30 days of putting my papers, team gave unrealistic targets like 30 new tasks without any documentation..
I realised that they are just playing along with me, I did most of the work assigned silently kept on the local machine, then had a talk with the manager-
I exaggerated the issue, till he reduced the number of use cases to 15-20, I pushed my work in the final week of notice period as I felt they will give more work if I push work early.
I had planned to mess up the code and push if they create trouble, then resolve my own mess, and walk out, so they fear giving me work, but first approach worked out for me

I am also curious about this
