After completing my MBA, I joined the Accenture with the expectation of working in a management-related position. However, I have completed 2 years here and spent the last 15 months in a Salesforce support role, which does not align with my interests or career goals.

I am specifically looking to transition to a role as a Business Analyst or Research Analyst. Need advise on how to navigate this change within the company?
