Hi everyone, myselfy being a motorcycle enthusiast, I have now got an opportunity to take on my dream ride to leh Ladakh in the month of May, I will need leave for about 15 to 20days, I have the necessary PL balance for this , but also I have a feeling my manager won't approve the leaves, can someone please guide me how I can go forward? P.S., my relation with my manager is a bit tipsy, due to our regional differences
