Seeking Guidance

I’m a software engineer mostly worked in service based companies. Have total 8 years of experience. I was last drawing 18LPA, and at the time of appraisal, company decided to fire me,lol.

Now Im looking for new job and asking for 25LPA, to be specific, NodeJs and React.

I’m seeking companies disappear after L1 round.

What could be wrong here, is it the tech stack, or the ctc I’m asking, or may be I’m incompetent.

Any guidance would be appreciated 🙂
