Seeking Growth: Considering a Move from TCS to a Product-Based Company as a Frontend Developer or SDE-I

I’ve been working at TCS for the past 2 years, and ever since Ratan Tata sir passed away, I feel that a lot has changed within the company. The way we’re being made to work in projects has become overwhelming, and I no longer find the work culture healthy or sustainable. I’ve been working very hard, but there’s no proper recognition or fair pay. Is it a good decision to switch companies now? I’m now planning to move to a product-based company.

I’m a frontend developer with 2 years of experience in technologies like React and GraphQL. What should I focus on to prepare for interviews before making the switch? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
