I have been working on a support project for 3 years. I have been stuck in this project without having any work. Wanna change another domain in the development role in other companies. Is it possible to switch to another company for a development role? Can someone pls guide me on the same?

That's true 😊 but for guys who are in support, I think it would be a bit challenging for a beginner with high experience in support only.
Those are good expertise on there tech stack definitely, moving on is better 🤠option!

You are in a better position having the courage to get out of your comfort situation, now explore the tech stack(java, .net, python, react) you want to pursue your next IT journey if you decide to go for a development role.
Don't have any experience it doesn't matter, choose 1 tech stack, build industry standards projects and know each detail of components you used.
Check internal opening in Job Feed and get hands on experience.
As it all depends on you if you set a hard deadline 😉 for you to switch to development from support in the next 2-3 months.

Learn coding, practice practice. Prepare interview questions. Learn some projects from friends. Understand flow. Hands on do same things. Update resume with project and for few months experience along with support one. Update resume in naukari. Change company. Attend every damn company interview shift different company. No other way to grow.
