Trending @Capgemini; Seeking for Advice - Project Release
I joined Capgemini in Dec 2024 and completed my probation with a confirmation in March. Previously in my Ex Company I worked for 3.2 years with consistently good performance and ratings.
But here, the team environment feels toxic and constant criticism over small things no support and negative reactions are affecting my motivation. Despite giving my best I’m already thinking about asking for a release.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? How did you deal with it? Would talking to HR or exploring internal transfers help?
Same sitution joined here in aug 2024 after 3 months got project , but this is very hectic and toxic so instead of asking immediate release and move to bench , waited for 7-8 months in this project to cover atleast 1 year in CG now 1 year almost competed asked release manager agreed , now I can move to bench and search for project if in worst case they will give some time to search outside so I can search as well without any fear because I am outoff short stint in resume
Hr is kind of useless in CG...u can reach out but it will be a waste of ur time
