Seeking for advice
I've been working on a project in TCS for the past 5-6 months. From the very beginning, I've been proactively requesting tasks. Initially, I was provided with KT videos, followed by a few small assignments, but the work has been inconsistent. Despite repeatedly asking for more tasks, I haven't received a positive response. This situation is really frustrating, and instead of feeling productive, I feel guilty and wonder why they aren’t assigning me work.
Even after completing all assigned tasks on time and accurately, I still face the same issue. What should I do?
The best is to discuss with your immediate supervisor. Schedule a one-to-one meeting with your immediate supervisor and discuss honestly. Else go for a coffee break with your supervisor alone and have a candid conversation.
