Seeking Feedback on Taking a One-Month Leave

Hi everyone,

I’m considering taking a one-month leave from TCS due to significant work overload. My plan is to use my earned leave for this period. If the current project I'm on can be handed off or reassigned, and if I get a release, I’ll explore other projects within the company. If not, I might have to consider resigning.

Has anyone here faced a similar situation? How did you handle it, and do you have any advice or insights on how to approach this? Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Taking a one-month leave is a bold move. If you can hand off your project, go for it. If not, consider resigning. Sometimes, drastic measures are necessary for your well-being.

Thanks for the feedback.

I won't get released from the project. So I thought of taking a break as one month leave, and after that resign...

If just in case, they release me because of the leave, it is a lottery..
