Trending @Infosys; Seeking Early Release – On PIP and New Opportunity

I have been on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for the past 45 days at Infosys. Currently, I am still part of an active project, and I believe my project manager is not planning to give negative feedback.

During this time, I have also been exploring new opportunities and recently cleared an interview with another company. Their HR has requested an immediate joining.

If I request an early release from Infosys HR, considering that I am currently on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), is it possible for them to approve it?

Yes. You can ask HR. If no dependency on you in project they will release you. But why they have put you in PIP?

If you don't have any dependency, tell this to HR after initiating esep

They gave me 1 week release because of no dependency

I am currently on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). Can I reach out to my HR and request an early release? If they agree, would I still be eligible to receive a three-month salary?
