Trending @Accenture; Seeking Clarity on Promotion Pathways and Career Progression

I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to growth by achieving P4 competency, completing multiple certifications, and receiving numerous commendations from clients. Despite these accomplishments, I have not seen any progress towards a promotion. I have been at my current level (Level 10) for the past three years, and each time I inquire about promotion opportunities, I am told that the company is facing challenges, there are limited slots, and that there is a need to maintain diversity.

Given these circumstances, I would appreciate guidance from senior management on how I can advance in my career and achieve a promotion under the current conditions.
