Trending @Capgemini; Seeking clarity on Hike Criteria.

I joined on 24 April 2024. Last year, I received an Exceptional rating, but I didn’t get a hike as I was told I joined after 1 April. This year, I’ve received an Exceeding rating and I’m currently in B2 band. Can I expect a hike this year? Also, if anyone has an idea, what is the usual percentage range for B2 with an Exceeding rating?

I think it comes around march last week or april first week. We get an email about hike is what i heard.
