Seeking Clarity - Anything Helps!

Hi Viners,

I'm currently going through a very confusing phase in my career. I'm unsure about my future growth, financial stability, work-life balance, and the right direction to take.

I previously worked as a manual tester in the infotainment systems domain. Now, I'm considering a switch—either to automation testing or a business analyst role. I’ve learned the basics of both, and since my background is in testing, I thought automation might be a better fit. It seems to offer better salary prospects and quicker opportunities.

However, I struggle with coding, which makes me hesitant. Even for a business analyst role, I see that Python is often required. On the bright side, I'm comfortable with SQL and Power BI.

I’m really eager to find a job soon with a slightly better salary, as I have responsibilities I didn't anticipate. But with so many suggestions coming from different directions, I feel overwhelmed and unsure of what path to choose.

I'm just an average person trying to make a stable career move, and any clarity, advice, or suggestions would truly help me right now.
