Seeking Clarification on Post-Deadline Band Review

The deadline for agreeing or disagreeing with the band has already passed — I believe it was on the 21st April. However, my manager and reviewer have scheduled a meeting today 23rd April to discuss the band. Is this just a formality since the agreement/disagreement deadline has already passed?

Yes ! If you are not satisfied with their response, which you will be ! Please lodge a grievance on grievance portal. Ask for a definite time viz. 15 days to correct the band .
