Seeking Career Growth Suggestions in the IT Industry

I have 6.4 years of experience in the testing domain, primarily in manual testing, ETL testing, and end-to-end process testing. In today’s AI-driven world, I feel the need to upskill to stay relevant and competitive.

I would appreciate your suggestions on the best path forward: • Should I continue with ETL testing and move towards ETL test automation? • Or should I explore roles like Data Analyst or Data Engineer? • Which of these options would offer better long-term growth and job stability, especially in an AI-driven market?

Also, I’m open to exploring alternative career paths such as Business Analyst (BA), IT Consultant, or Managerial roles.

Note: I am not very strong in coding, so I would prefer roles that don’t require heavy programming.

Please help me understand the various possible career paths in IT based on my background and interests. Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated.
